Solutions Architect

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion the use of modern technologies, including Python, for solution customization, integration, and automation.
• Ensure the use of advanced logging, monitoring, and observability practices in all solution designs to enhance maintainability and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to ensure smooth handovers and implementation of architectural designs.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and client-side engineering teams.
• Provide strategic input into product enhancements based on customer feedback and industry trends.
• Serve as a thought leader by advising clients on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and architectural approaches.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8-18 years of experience in solution architecture, technical sales, or systems engineering, preferably in B2B or enterprise environments.
• Strong background in Python programming with a solid understanding of its application in scripting, automation, and integration tasks.
• Proven experience designing solutions with advanced logging and monitoring frameworks (e.g., ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in supporting and influencing enterprise sales cycles, including client interaction, requirement gathering, and solution delivery.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical solutions and business value to both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience working across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding their architectural best practices is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, business-oriented mindset, and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
