Solutions Architect

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing support for solution design, development, and implementation for specific business opportunities in the areas of Network/SDWAN/Cloud & Security/Unified Collaboration/Mobility & IoT/other domains. You may lead important projects and provide guidance to project team members to ensure quality outcomes. Your role is crucial in delivering results that directly impact solution engineering for the assigned account/business. Key Responsibilities: - Provide solutioning support to sales teams in the region/function. - Support bid team in preparing responses to technical aspects of RFP. - Understand pricing mechanisms and assist sales team in creating commercial inputs. - Prepare technical sales materials such as collateral, quotations, timelines, project plans, and solution proposals. - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings. - Develop Use cases and BOQ documents. - Offer L4 support to Operations for any design or recurring issues requiring Engineering intervention. - Conduct POCs and demos based on customer requirements, design migration plans, and support project management in creating project implementation plans. - Engage in periodic sessions with partners to identify new product features that benefit customers and align with product roadmap. Qualifications Required: - Ability to understand business goals and align them with technical requirements. - Experience in working on RFP cases. - Knowledge of creating High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD). - Strong understanding of use cases and the ability to create solutions based on them. - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Visio). - Understanding of technology and services related to the domain.,
