Solutions Architect

As a Solutions Architect at Simform, you will play a crucial role in leading and mentoring large engineering teams. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, validating, and optimizing technical architectures across diverse tech stacks and domains. - Explaining technical solutions to development teams, assisting with implementation and troubleshooting, and acting as the technical custodian of projects. - Providing technical leadership during project execution and maintaining a hands-on approach to technology. - Ensuring adherence to best practices, enforcing secure coding standards, and advocating for process improvements. - Serving as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders, providing technical support for pre-sales initiatives, and defining architectural standards and governance practices. - Contributing to internal initiatives such as technical training, managing technical audits, and creating reusable components. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 10+ years of technical experience with expertise in backend technologies and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Strong knowledge of system design principles, including security, scalability, availability, and performance optimization. - Hands-on expertise in at least one backend tech stack, along with experience in designing and building production-grade software systems at scale. - In-depth understanding of cloud services, cloud-native solution design, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. - Excellent interpersonal skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and verbal and written communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive technical execution in dynamic environments. - Experience in creating architectural documentation and working knowledge of frontend technologies. Preferred skills for this role include certifications in cloud architecture, exposure to cutting-edge technologies, knowledge of testing tools and frameworks, and experience with SaaS platforms.
