You will be responsible for managing day-to-day network operations and maintenance in the areas of Network/SDWAN/Cloud & Security/Unified Collaboration/Mobility & IoT/other domains. This includes handling customer change requests, ensuring platform uptime, managing incident and problem resolutions, coordinating with CFT/OEM, and providing escalation support for operations. Your role involves delivering results that directly impact daily operations, overseeing professional or technical staff, and reviewing work quality. You will also be tasked with identifying and automating manual activities, creating SOP documents, tracking environment performance to minimize interruptions, handling network equipment maintenance, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction by performing repairs and maintenance. The role may involve working independently or leading a small team.
