Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the lead Solution Architect for ServiceNow implementations, with a focus on

  ITSM

  ,

  GRC (Business Continuity Management)

  Enterprise Integrations

• Analyze business requirements, pain points, and objectives to design scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop technical blueprints and high-level designs that align with enterprise architecture and business goals.
• Define and maintain application and data architecture roadmaps across complex business functions.
• Lead the configuration and development of ServiceNow modules including

  ITSM

  ,

  WFO (Workforce Optimization)

  , and

  GRC

  .
• Oversee integrations with third-party systems using

  REST/SOAP APIs

  ,

  Integration Hub

  , and other middleware tools.
• Provide architecture governance and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Collaborate closely with executive stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to align on technical direction and business value.
• Guide and mentor developers, administrators, and implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform thorough system testing, performance tuning, and validation of solutions.
• Prepare project proposals, including cost estimates, resource plans, and implementation timelines.
• Drive automation, AI-based solutions, and performance analytics within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 10+ years

  of overall ServiceNow experience with at least

  5 years in a Solution Architect role
