Position Overview

We're seeking a Solution Architect to lead the architectural transformation of our health platform from Strapi to scalable NestJS microservices on GCP.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture review of existing React Native, Node.js, Strapi, and GCP infrastructure
Design system architecture diagrams identifying scalability and integration gaps
Collaborate with backend developers to assess Strapi data models and limitations
Define target architecture with NestJS microservices, PostgreSQL, and Redis
Guide backend developers on NestJS setup for Diamonds Tracker and rewards systems
Refine architecture for AI integration and notification systems with REST API compatibility
Validate data management (MDM) design for personalization features
Finalize multi-tenant architecture for corporate features and serverless scalability
Oversee admin dashboard architecture replacing Strapi's admin interface

Required Skills

8-10 years of solution architecture experience
Expert knowledge of Node.js, NestJS, and microservices architecture
Strong React Native and mobile application architecture experience
Advanced PostgreSQL, Redis, and database design skills
GCP services and cloud architecture expertise
Multi-tenant SaaS and RBAC system experience
Technical leadership and team collaboration skills
