Job Overview: We are actively hiring a Pre-Sales / Solution Consultant with expertise in RFI/RFP/RFQ responses, bid management, and solutions . The ideal candidate will collaborate with the sales, delivery, and technical teams to craft compelling proposals, conduct client presentations, and drive business growth. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high-impact teams using cutting-edge technologies to drive strategic sales initiatives. You will also engage with our global clients, which include Fortune 500 companies. Job Responsibilities: Proposal & Bid Management Manage the complete RFI/RFP/RFQ response lifecycle, including bid qualification, response creation, and submission. Develop and review proposal documents, Statements of Work (SoWs), and other bid-related artifacts. Ensure compliance with client requirements and company policies while crafting proposals. Client Engagement & Solutions Participate in client meetings and discussions to understand business needs and address techno-functional queries. Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and workshops to showcase solutions and drive customer interest. Develop and present first-call decks, deep-dive solution presentations, and defense decks during the sales cycle. Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to define and articulate high-level solutions that meet client needs. Job Requirements: Technical & Industry Knowledge Possess a strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) processes, artifacts, and metrics. Conduct whiteboarding sessions and brainstorming meetings to refine solutions based on industry best practices. Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and competitive insights to support sales teams with relevant industry knowledge. Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing Contribute to the global knowledge repository by creating custom decks, case studies, and industry-specific solution notes. Work closely with internal teams to continuously improve content, proposal quality, and sales strategies. Preferred Qualifications & Certifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or a related field. Relevant industry certifications such as ISTQB (for testing roles), CSM (Scrum), or tool-specific/product-specific certifications will be advantageous. Why QualiZeal?
