Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned professional who solves complex problems by designing, modifying technology architecture, Implementing and testing the integration of software in these designs for correct functionality.

Responsibilities

Analyze current software solutions and platforms used within the company and determine ways to improve.
Liaise with the internal teams to understand their business requirements, objectives, and challenges.
Design, propose, document and communicate solution designs that accommodate the Agile Principles, the resilience necessary to accommodate changing and fluid requirements.
Ensure implementation, integrations, troubleshooting and maintenance of solutions.
Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives with eye on cost-effectiveness, ease of integration with existing systems, and potential for scalability.
Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources, budget, and scope.
Provide supervision and guidance to development teams, including training.
Collaborate closely with various stakeholders within the firm, including business leaders, data analysts, marketers, and the engineering teams.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master degree is a plus.
Proven experience as solution architect or similar role with a specialization in marketing or finance or e-commerce business areas.
Up-to-date knowledge of the cloud technologies, latest marketing tools and software trends.
Deep understanding of various marketing applications (CRM, CMS, etc.), databases, data warehouses and their practical application.
Proven experience with app integration using API management & development & low code integration platforms.
Hands on experience developing no-code and low-code solutions.
Solid understanding of Data protection.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively
communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.
Strong organizational, project management and leadership skills
