Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Solution Architect (FICO) who has a deep understanding of core Finance & Controlling processes in SAP. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in both Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules and should have been involved in at least one SAP implementation project.The role involves designing and delivering scalable finance solutions, supporting business processes, and ensuring seamless integration across finance sub-modules.

Key Responsibilities

Lead solution design for SAP FICO areas across the following domains:General Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Asset Accounting (AA)Taxation (Direct & Indirect)Cash & Bank ManagementInternal Orders & Capex ManagementProduct CostingProfitability Analysis (COPA)Cost Management and Cost Center AccountingBudgeting and Reporting (including Budget vs Actual)Group ReportingCredit ManagementCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them into SAP best practicesParticipate in blueprinting, gap analysis, functional design, testing, data migration, and go-live supportEnsure compliance with local tax regulations and integrate taxation modules effectivelySupport integration with other SAP modules like SD, MM, PP, etc.

Required Skills

12+ years of experience in SAP with a minimum of 8+ years in SAP FICOHands-on experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation projectExpertise in both FI and CO processes and configurationsStrong knowledge of Indian Taxation (GST, TDS, etc.)Experience with Product Costing, COPA, Capex & Internal OrdersAbility to analyze financial data and support business decision-makingGood understanding of Group Reporting and Budgeting tools

Preferred Skills

Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantageKnowledge of Fiori apps or UI5 related to FICOExposure to global rollout projectsGood communication and stakeholder interaction skills
