Making customers visits together with sales team, conducting technical workshops, advising best solution & architecture, product demonstrations & PoCs etc.
Supporting the sales organization in tender and RFP/RFQ process and answering project related questions.
Continuously keep the technical knowledge up to date on the latest products
Work with the central product organization and develop written pre-sales material of technical nature.
Helping sales organization & partners to increase knowledge about Zygal product portfolio.
Conducting partner trainings/solution seminars etc. to increase awareness & knowledge transfer.
Follow-up on set KPI's related to the function and offer a contribution to reach the target.
