Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Project Manager based in Bhopal. The Solar Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of solar projects. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, expediting processes, conducting inspections, and coordinating logistics. The role requires effective supervision and management of resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Plan, execute, and monitor Solar Water Pump installations

🔹 Team management – vendors, site engineers & contractors

🔹 Coordination with DISCOMs & government agencies

🔹 Site inspections, DPRs, billing, and documentation

🔹 Ensure timely project delivery with quality standards

Requirements

 ✅ Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in solar water pump projects

✅ Working knowledge of MNRE/State subsidy schemes

✅ Strong communication and leadership skills

✅ Willingness to travel to project sites
