Solar Project Manager

You will be leading the end-to-end execution of rooftop solar projects for C&I customers, ensuring that project scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements are successfully met. This includes coordinating site assessments, finalizing system design with customers, developing and managing project plans, and overseeing procurement, installation, and commissioning activities. It will be your responsibility to monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and take corrective actions when necessary to mitigate risks and delays. You will also work closely with liaison partners to ensure the timely completion of net metering formalities. Additionally, you will be preparing and submitting progress reports and project handover documentation. Any other responsibilities assigned by the organization should be performed diligently. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering and possess 4-6 years of experience in solar projects spanning all phases from planning and execution to completion and handover. An added advantage would be having 12 years of hands-on experience as a Site Engineer in solar power projects. Strong leadership abilities are essential, along with a proven track record of motivating teams, effectively delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative work environment to achieve project objectives.
