Solar Project Manager

Job Title: Solar Project Manager (Engineering, Procurement & Construction)

Location: Matunga

Key Responsibilities: Lead end to end execution of rooftop solar projects for C&I customer, ensuring project scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements are met. Coordinate site assessments and system design and finalise it with customer.

Develop and manage project plans including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Manage procurement, installation & commissioning activities. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and implement corrective actions as needed to mitigate risks and delays.

Coordinate with liaison partners to ensure timely completion of net metering formalities. Prepare and submit progress report, project handover documentation.

Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in engineering with 4-6 years of experience in solar projects covering all phases from planning and execution to completion and handover. Preferred: 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Site Engineer in solar power projects. Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of motivating teams, effectively delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative work environment to achieve project objectives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
