Solar Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled Solar Project Manager to lead and oversee solar PV projects across rooftop, commercial, and utility-scale segments. The role demands strong leadership in ensuring timely, quality-driven, and cost-effective project delivery, along with adherence to all safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute solar installation projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams including design, procurement, engineering, and site operations.
• Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and secure necessary permits/approvals.
• Conduct site visits to track progress, quality, and safety.
• Address challenges on-site and implement timely corrective actions.
• Maintain client communication and manage stakeholder expectations.

Requirements:

• MBA is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in solar project management preferred.
• Candidates with experience in construction project management will also be considered.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, project planning, and regulatory processes is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, coordination., and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
