Job Description

Position: On Field Operations Manager Location: Malad West Key Responsibilities: · Conduct regular site visits to properties for inspections, staff training, and quality checks. · Supervision-ground operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, guest readiness, and inventory management. · Coordinate with villa caretakers, local vendors, and service providers to resolve on-site issues quickly. · Ensure properties meet Stay Atlas standards before guest check-ins. · Handle urgent escalations or service issues during high-priority bookings or VIP guest stays. · Support the onboarding of new villas including setup inspections, branding material placements, and handover coordination. · Maintain clear documentation of property condition reports, expenses, service updates, and owner feedback. · Collaborate with the customer service, sales, and marketing teams to provide operational insights and improve service delivery.
