HR Operations & Administration Manage the entire employee lifecycle – from pre-onboarding documentation, induction, confirmations, transfers, to full & final settlements. Maintain and regularly update employee master data , attendance registers , leave tracking , and manpower deployment logs (on Excel or HRMS). Collate, verify, and submit monthly payroll inputs to the Finance team including attendance, leaves, variable components, and deductions. Monitor employee discipline, punctuality, and field staff activity in coordination with farm managers and supervisors. Draft and issue letters (offer letters, appointment, increment, transfer, warning, termination, etc.) in line with company formats and legal requirements. B.
