Internship Opportunity at Bharat 24by7 – Mumbai Office

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid: Work from office + field)

Duration: 6 months

Eligibility: – Mass Media / Journalism students (2nd & 3rd year) – Recent graduates

Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000/month (role-based & performance-based)

About Us:

Bharat 24by7 is one of India's growing news portal. We're expanding our Mumbai operations and inviting young, driven media students and fresh graduates to join us as interns across multiple roles.

This is your chance to get work experience on national content, and contribute to field reporting, digital news, social media, and more.

Open Internship Roles:

1. Field Reporter

Cover events, vox pops, local stories across Mumbai & suburbs. Hindi fluency and confidence on camera required.

2. Content Writer / News Editor

Write crisp news scripts, social stories, and articles in Hindi & English. News sense is a must.

3. News Anchor (Training + Shadowing)

On-camera presence, voice modulation, Hindi fluency. Practice anchoring bulletins & headlines.

4. Research Intern

Assist in background research, fact-checking, and gathering leads for news stories & features.

5. Sub Editor / Proofreader

Check news copies for grammar, clarity, and accuracy in Hindi & English. Great for detail-oriented candidates.

6. Video Editor / Reels Creator

Create reels, news edits, interviews, and byte-based stories using tools like Premiere Pro or CapCut.

7. Social Media Journalist

Write captions, create thumbnails, manage trends, and publish real-time updates on Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTube.

8. Podcast Producer / Host

Ideate, script, and host podcasts on current affairs, youth issues, and social stories (Hindi/English both welcome).

Who Should Apply:

• Students currently pursuing mass media or journalism

• Freshers looking to build their media portfolio

• Fluent in Hindi and English is a bonus

• Curious, confident, creative & deadline-driven

• Must be available for at least 6 months
