Tender Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tender (Commercial )Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and submission of tender documents and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

CPP/DPP portal, GEM

Assist in the preparation of tender documents in accordance with client requirements.

Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for tenders.

Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant information for tender submissions.

Maintain accurate records of all tenders submitted and their outcomes.

Follow up on submitted tenders and provide necessary documentation as required.

Prepare presentations and reports related to tender processes.

Support the tender team in administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Basic understanding of procurement processes is a plus.
