Documentation Executive

We are hiring a Technical Documentation Executive for Exicom Technologies India Pvt Ltd.

Overview:
Responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining technical documentation for various processes, equipment, and procedures within our manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing abilities, attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Documentation Development: Create technical documents, including user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, maintenance manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
2. Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, engineers, production supervisors, and other relevant stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content.3. Quality Assurance: Review and edit technical documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established standards and guidelines.4. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance documentation quality, usability, and efficiency through feedback and process improvements.5. Compliance: Ensure that all technical documentation complies with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
