Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mangaluru for an Academic Counselor. The Academic Counselor will work closely with students to understand their aspirations, provide guidance on course and university selection, and support them throughout the application and admission process. Additional responsibilities include offering career counseling, assisting with visa and financial planning, coordinating with students documents, and providing post-arrival support to ensure a seamless transition for studying abroad. Qualifications Proficiency in Student Counseling, Academic Advising, and Career Counseling to guide students effectively through their educational and professional journeys. Strong Communication skills to establish trust and effectively interact with students, parents, and stakeholders. Knowledge in the field of Education to provide informed and tailored recommendations based on individual student profiles. Ability to work in a collaborative, in-person team environment and adapt to diverse student needs. Prior experience in international student advisory services or academic counseling is preferred. Passionate about helping students achieve their academic and career aspirations.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Documentation Executive located in Kozhikode. The Documentation Executive will manage and oversee the preparation, verification, and organization of essential documents. Responsibilities will include handling export documentation, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of document records, managing documentation workflows, and collaborating with teams to streamline data processes. The Documentation Executive will play a key role in ensuring all paperwork is efficiently processed to meet client and operational needs. Qualifications Proficiency in Export Documentation and Document Management Strong skills in Documentation and attention to detail Excellent Communication abilities for effective coordination Experience in Export procedures Capability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in computer software and tools for document handling Familiarity with the education and/or consulting sector is an added advantage A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
