Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Documentation Executive located in Kozhikode. The Documentation Executive will manage and oversee the preparation, verification, and organization of essential documents. Responsibilities will include handling export documentation, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of document records, managing documentation workflows, and collaborating with teams to streamline data processes. The Documentation Executive will play a key role in ensuring all paperwork is efficiently processed to meet client and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Export Documentation and Document Management
• Strong skills in Documentation and attention to detail
• Excellent Communication abilities for effective coordination
• Experience in Export procedures
• Capability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in computer software and tools for document handling
• Familiarity with the education and/or consulting sector is an added advantage
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
