JOB DESCRIPTION: TENDER EXECUTIVE

JOB SUMMARY
Identify tender opportunities, preapre accurate tender documents,coordinate with internal departments, and ensure timelysubmission, Requires strong documentation skills, attention todetail and knowledge of e-procurement portals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Tender identification & tracking.Coordination & communication.Documentation @ preparationBid submission & support

SKILL & COMPETENCISIS
Strong knowledge of e-tendering portals (GeM,CPPP, State portals)Excellent MS Office skills (World, Excel, PDF editing)Good Communication and understanding of English

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in any stream0-2 years of experience in tendering / documentationExperience in e-procurements portals

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Strong analytical and interpretation skills.Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneouslyGood understanding of financial & commercial termsMaintain confidentiallity & accuray in documentation
