Field Marketer

We’re looking for a sharp, aggressive Field Marketer who knows how to get walk-ins through the door. There’s a competitor in the same building, and your job is to make sure leads come to us—not them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively stand near the centre and engage with potential walk-ins
• Divert footfall from the competitor to Frameboxx with confident, clear pitches
• Distribute flyers, speak to students and parents, and bring them to our reception
• Visit nearby colleges, classes, coaching centres, and hotspots to create awareness
• Track daily activity: leads generated, walk-ins achieved, and areas covered
• Work closely with the admissions team to ensure follow-through

Requirements:

• Confident and street-smart
• Clear communication in Hindi and English
• High energy, aggressive mindset, no passive behavior
• Comfortable with fieldwork and speaking to strangers
• Prior field marketing or sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Salary: Fixed pay + Incentives based on walk-in targets
