Position Overview: We are seeking a Human Resources Executive with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in managing core HR functions. The candidate will be responsible for executing and managing end-to-end HR processes while ensuring legal compliance, maintaining accurate records, and supporting a positive work culture across field and corporate teams. This is a critical role that interacts with senior leadership, supports operational integrity, and helps build a high-performing team aligned with the company’s vision. Key Responsibilities: A. HR Operations & Administration Manage the entire employee lifecycle – from pre-onboarding documentation, induction, confirmations, transfers, to full & final settlements. Maintain and regularly update employee master data , attendance registers , leave tracking , and manpower deployment logs (on Excel or HRMS). Collate, verify, and submit monthly payroll inputs to the Finance team including attendance, leaves, variable components, and deductions. Monitor employee discipline, punctuality, and field staff activity in coordination with farm managers and supervisors. Draft and issue letters (offer letters, appointment, increment, transfer, warning, termination, etc.) in line with company formats and legal requirements. B. Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment , including drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, issuing offer letters, and onboarding. Liaise with external recruitment agencies and consultants, if required. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers for reporting purposes. C. Compliance & Record Management Maintain and audit all HR-related statutory compliance , including PF, ESIC, gratuity, maternity benefits, and Shops & Establishments Act. Ensure timely documentation and renewals for employee verification (Aadhaar, PAN, UAN, bank details, etc.) and company records. Assist with data required for labour audits , due diligence , or regulatory filings (e.g., during listing or investor reporting). Coordinate with the Company Secretary for filings related to appointment/resignation of directors , key managerial personnel (KMP), and senior staff. D. Employee Engagement & Culture Building Implement and drive employee engagement activities such as team events, wellness initiatives, celebrations, and rewards programs. Act as the first point of contact for grievance redressal, counselling, and conflict resolution. Promote and uphold company values, ethics, and professional standards at all levels of the organization. E. Cross-functional & Strategic Support Coordinate with Accounts, Legal, Compliance, and Farm Operations to ensure manpower requirements are efficiently fulfilled. Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review on hiring, attrition, absenteeism, and HR costs. Contribute to policy drafting and process improvements in HR systems and documentation. Support leadership during investor due diligence, audits, and organizational structuring efforts. Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distillation Plant Manager to oversee the complete operations of our Essential Oil Distillation Unit. This is a critical leadership role requiring a unique blend of technical expertise in boiler and distillation plant operations and strong managerial capabilities to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of the facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing plant performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety requirements, driving operational excellence, and leading a team of operators and support staff. Key Responsibilities 1. Plant Operations & Process Management Oversee day-to-day operations of the essential oil distillation plant, including boiler operation, distillation columns, condensers, and associated machinery. Ensure optimal utilization of raw materials to achieve maximum oil yield and quality. Monitor and control production parameters, energy consumption, and distillation efficiency to meet operational targets. Maintain comprehensive production logs, boiler registers, batch records, and operating reports in compliance with company and statutory standards. 2. Boiler Operation & Maintenance Supervise and operate steam boilers, ensuring compliance with Indian Boiler Regulations. Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of boilers and steam systems. Ensure strict adherence to safety norms and operational standards related to steam and pressure equipment. Coordinate with the maintenance team to implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules. 3. Safety, Compliance & Quality Assurance Implement and enforce plant safety procedures, hazard controls, and emergency protocols. Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory requirements, including Boiler Act, Factory Act, Pollution Control norms, and other applicable regulations. Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure consistent production of oils that meet internal and client specifications. Drive adherence to ISO and other quality management systems adopted by the company. 4. Workforce & Resource Management Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operators, helpers, and contract labor engaged in plant activities. Plan manpower deployment to ensure continuous, uninterrupted plant operations. Conduct training sessions on safe boiler operation, distillation processes, and plant discipline. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and performance excellence within the workforce. 5. Reporting & Coordination Provide regular reports to senior management on production performance, operational challenges, and corrective measures. Liaise with external auditors, inspectors, and regulatory authorities during statutory inspections. Contribute to strategic decision-making on plant upgrades, capacity expansion, and technology improvements. Qualifications & Experience Educational Qualification : Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering from a recognized institution. Certification as a Boiler Operation Engineer (BOE) preferred. Professional Experience : Minimum 2–5 years of experience in process plant operations, preferably in essential oil distillation, chemical, or agro-processing industries. Proven track record of boiler operation, steam system management, and distillation technology. Prior leadership experience in managing factory operations and labor workforce.
