Solar Project Manager

Job Description

Key Skills: Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities In-depth technical knowledge of solar plant system Expertise in Project Management Expertise in site supervision and inter-departmental coordination Roles and Responsibilities: Lead end to end project execution including installation and commissioning of electrical, structural, and mechanical systems. Develop and manage project plans covering manpower estimation, timelines, budgeting and risk mitigation. For rooftop solar projects : evaluate structural integrity, shading and integration with existing electrical infrastructure. For ground-mounted solar projects: Conduct site assessments, manage land development, and oversee power evacuation arrangements . Develop detailed scope for both DC and AC side , timelines, budgets and risk management strategies. Work with engineering teams to finalize systems designs, layouts and integration plants that suit the specific challenges of rooftop and ground installation. For project installation, prioritize safety protocols for work at heights and coordinate closely with building owner. Implement strict quality control measures and ensure edherence to safety regulations process. Oversee final testing, commissioning and performance validation of the solar installation. Conduct Post projects reviews to capture insights and refine processes for future projects.
