Key Responsibilities: Lead the engineering design and execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems across HT/NL (High Tension/Net Load) sites. Oversee planning, design, and implementation of HT line infrastructure and transmission line integration to ensure reliable power evacuation. Conduct power evacuation infrastructure assessments including load flow studies and cooling substation layouts. Supervise the design of cooling substations and electrical balance of systems (BoS) ensuring grid compliance and operational efficiency. Utilize PV Syst software and other tools for system simulation, energy yield forecasting, and shading analysis. Analyze generation data and conduct generation performance analysis post-commissioning to identify optimization opportunities. Perform detailed cost-benefit analysis for all engineering designs, vendor proposals, and project alternatives. Ensure compliance with relevant safety, electrical, and construction codes, as well as industry best practices. Mentor and build a high-performing engineering team and support their ongoing development. Key Requirements: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Electrical, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in solar energy projects with a strong focus on HT infrastructure, PV system design, and transmission line projects . Proven expertise in PV Syst and other solar design & simulation tools. Deep understanding of HT line design , cooling substation engineering , and power evacuation systems . Experience in generation analysis , performance monitoring, and technical audits of solar plants. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SCADA, remote monitoring systems, and digital twin technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding power sales, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining client relationships across utilities, industrial consumers, and open access customers. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients including DISCOMs, industrial & commercial consumers. Promote open access, captive, and third-party power sale models. Generate leads, respond to tenders, and negotiate PPAs (Power Purchase Agreements). Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. 2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and stakeholders. Act as a point of contact for key clients and address their power procurement needs. 3. Regulatory & Commercial Knowledge: Stay updated with policies, regulations (CERC, SERC, Open Access, DSM), and market trends. Ensure compliance with power trading and wheeling guidelines 4. Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate with internal teams including legal, operations, and trading desks. Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence updates. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Energy / Business or a related field. MBA preferred. 4-5 years of relevant experience in power trading, renewable sales, or energy marketing. Understanding of Indian power sector regulations, open access mechanisms, and energy markets.
