Key Responsibilities:

• Install rooftop solar PV systems (both on-grid and off-grid) as per design and safety standards.
• Mount solar panels, inverters, and related electrical components.
• Perform wiring, conduit laying, and connection of AC/DC systems.
• Coordinate with the site engineer or project manager to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site assessments and assist in system commissioning.
• Troubleshoot and repair system faults or maintenance issues.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain records of installation and material usage.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in rooftop solar installation (residential/commercial).
• ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics or related field preferred.
• Good knowledge of AC/DC wiring, inverters, and safety practices.
• Ability to use basic electrical tools and testing instruments.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
• Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Delhi NCR.

Education:

• ITI / Diploma (Electrical / Electronics / Renewable Energy)
• Candidates with relevant field experience may also apply.
