Solar Installer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Solar Installer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems. The candidate should be comfortable working at heights, handling electrical components, and following safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, and related equipment
• Perform DC & AC electrical wiring as per project drawings
• Ensure proper earthing and lightning protection systems
• Conduct testing and commissioning of solar PV systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve system faults and performance issues
• Follow safety guidelines and use PPE at all times
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors
• Maintain installation reports and site documentation

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and wiring
• Understanding of electrical safety standards
• Ability to read basic drawings and layouts
• Physically fit to work on rooftops and outdoor sites
• ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics (preferred)
• Experience in rooftop solar or utility-scale solar projects is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,139.05 per month
