Job Description

Role Overview: As a Roof Top Solar Power Plant Installer for residential and commercial projects, your main responsibility will be to install solar structures, including marking, civil installation, earthing, LA installation, DC and AC wiring, and commissioning the plant. You will be required to lead a team of 2-3 individuals and work independently. Your technical background, preferably with a Diploma or ITI qualification, along with significant experience in executing Solar Roof Top projects, will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Installation of Solar Panels - Conducting Site Assessments - Performing Electrical Work - Installing Inverters - Ensuring Quality Assurance - Conducting Maintenance and Repairs Qualifications Required: - Technical know-how of Solar Power Plant, Structure Installation, Cabling, and Inverter commissioning - Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in the solar field - Diploma or ITI qualification is preferred Additional Company Details: N/A,
