Ergon Eco Solutions specializes in customized solar solutions for Industrial, Commercial, Institutional, and Residential consumers in India. With a focus on Solar for Home, Solar for Business, On & Off-Grid Solar, and Solar Schemes, Ergon Eco Solutions has successfully installed over 2000 kWp of solar power projects.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist at Ergon Eco Solutions. The Specialist will be responsible for communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management. The role is primarily based in Ghaziabad but allows for some remote work.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
Training proficiency
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Knowledge of solar energy and sustainable solutions is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
