Job Description

Sales Telecaller & Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Telecalling:

Make outbound calls to potential customers interested in solar energy solutions.
Explain company products, government subsidies, and solar benefits clearly and confidently.
Generate and follow up on leads from online inquiries, campaigns, and references.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update the CRM or Excel database.
Coordinate with the field sales team for site visits and follow-ups.

Office Coordination:

Handle day-to-day administrative and office-related tasks.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic project documentation.
Manage customer inquiries received through phone, email, and social media.
Assist the management in scheduling meetings and maintaining office records.
Support coordination between installation teams and clients for smooth project execution.

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales coordination, or office management (solar or renewable sector experience preferred).
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
Confident, organized, and proactive in handling multiple tasks.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide accurate information.
Team-oriented and responsible attitude towards work.

Education:

Graduate or Diploma (Any stream)
Candidates with relevant experience and good communication skills can also apply.
