Job Description

Overview

The role requires a strong technical background combined with problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills to engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.Key Responsibilities

Design solar energy systems tailored to specific project needs.
Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.
Oversee the installation and commissioning of solar projects.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
Perform energy yield assessments and system optimization.
Analyze shade impacts and develop mitigation strategies.
Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
Implement quality assurance protocols throughout project phases.
Troubleshoot system performance issues post-installation.
Assist in securing project financing and grants.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Min 2 years of experience in solar engineering or related role.
Proficiency in solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD).
Strong understanding of photovoltaic technology and electrical systems.
Experience in project management methodologies.
Knowledge of battery storage and hybrid systems is a plus.
Certifications in solar energy or related fields are preferred.
Proven track record of successful solar project delivery.
Passion for sustainable energy and environmental stewardship.
