Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Solar Design Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing solar PV systems ( Rooftop ) with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to quality and standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and prepare detailed layouts for solar PV systems using AutoCAD / PVsyst / Sketchup / Staad.

Perform energy yield assessments, shadow analysis, and system optimization.

Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and technical documentation for projects.

Coordinate with the project and procurement teams to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness.

Stay updated with MNRE, DISCOM, and tender specifications for DCR and Non-DCR modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Civil / Energy Engineering (or equivalent).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, Staad, Sketchup and MS Office.

Strong understanding of solar electrical system design, sizing, and grid integration.

Knowledge of Indian solar standards and policies preferred.

Good communication, teamwork, and project coordination skills
