Key Responsibilities: 1. Design & Engineering · Conduct detailed site surveys to analyze shadow-free areas and structural stability. · Create 2D/3D layouts using SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Helioscope. · Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and electrical load calculations. · Generate the Bill of Materials (BOM) and coordinate with vendors for procurement. · Design On-grid/Hybrid/Off-grid systems (Inverter + Battery sizing) based on client load. 2. Project Execution · Supervise the installation team on-site to ensure safety and quality standards. · Oversee the mounting of structures, module placement, and AC/DC cabling. · Perform testing and commissioning of inverters and net-metering setup. · Troubleshoot technical issues during and after installation. · Assist the sales team with technical proposals and costing. · Coordinate with DISCOM/Government officials for net-metering approvals (if required). What We Are Looking For: · Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy. · Experience: 1–3 years in the Rooftop Solar industry (EPC experience preferred). · Software Skills: Proficiency in SketchUp / AutoCAD is a must. Knowledge of PVsyst is a plus. · Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Inverters (On-grid/Hybrid), AC/DC protection, and Earthing/LA. · Willingness to travel to sites, climb roofs for surveys, and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
