This is a crucial, field-heavy role based in Chennai, requiring flexibility and a readiness to travel extensively to project sites. Core Responsibilities Project Management: Lead execution of solar EPC projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Site Supervision: Successfully handle multiple sites simultaneously (Residential, Commercial, Industrial), requiring frequent site travel from the Chennai base. Coordination: Serve as the key liaison, effectively coordinating across Sales, Design, and Purchase teams. Reporting: Develop robust Project planning schedules and deliver Excellent project reporting to stakeholders. Technical Input: Apply Good understanding of Design to ensure constructability and quality. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: Min 3 years experience in Solar EPC projects. Education: Engineering degree in Electrical/Solar/Energy. Sectors: Proven track record in Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors. Logistics: Readiness to travel extensively to project sites. Coordination: Capability to coordinate across Sales, Design and Purchase teams. Reporting: Excellent project reporting skills. Site Management: Capability to handle multiple sites simultaneously. Technical: Good understanding of Design. Planning: Good skills in Project planning. Software: Knowledge in Office suite.
