• Axis Solar Inc. is an established service provider specializing in solar energy systems across

  Ontario.

  Their offerings include Planning, Re-powering, Maintenance, Monitoring, Optimization of solar installations.
• Mission is to help maximize the profitability of their clients' solar investments.
• Total 80 projects in running right now, each project having different types (40 sites in different locations). Almost

  250 clients

  for solar projects.
• We are services providing to Commercial, Bank, School (Panel size:

  20x20

  , rooftop panel project.)
• Services include: Preventative maintenance, Solar monitoring, Strategic consulting, Corrective maintenance, Land management.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design of new solar systems (concept to final plan).
• Conduct detailed site analyses & prepare semi-annual reports.
• Prepare technical proposals and support the sales team.
• Manage team members, coordinate with O&M.
• Support pre-sales with design inputs, costings & proposals.

Candidate specifications:

• Degree in Engineering/Technical discipline.
• 5+ years in engineering/renewables
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Proficient in solar design software/tools (AutoCAD, PVsyst ,HelioScope).
• Strong project management & technical writing/reporting skills.
• Solar industry experience is preferred.
