Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Tester (Manual / Automation) to join our growing tech team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our AI-based software products. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, the ability to think from an end-user’s perspective, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.🛠 Key ResponsibilitiesCreate test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web, mobile, and API-based applicationsPerform manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and compatibility testingExecute automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Playwright, Postman, JMeter (added advantage)Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar platformsCollaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to resolve issuesConduct API testing using Postman or SwaggerEnsure product quality throughout development and release cyclesProvide clear testing reports for each releaseParticipate in sprint planning and review meetings (Agile/Scrum)🎯 Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field1–4 years of experience in software testingStrong understanding of SDLC & STLCHands-on experience in manual testingKnowledge of Selenium / Playwright / Cypress (bonus)Experience with SQL for basic data validationFamiliarity with API tools like PostmanStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to think critically✨ Good to Have (Not Mandatory)Experience with performance testing (JMeter)Basic knowledge of Python/Java for automationKnowledge of Git/GitHubUnderstanding of AI-based systems or video analytics (extra advantage)💼 BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceOpportunity to work with AI-driven productsFriendly and collaborative work environmentGrowth opportunities within the company
