About the Role:

We’re hiring a QA Engineer to drive the quality strategy for our platforms and lead a team of testers and automation engineers. In this role, you’ll balance hands-on contributions with mentoring and process ownership, ensuring our releases are stable, scalable, and automation-first.

integrating AI into the QA lifecycle, from intelligent test generation to AI-assisted triage, acting as the catalyst for adopting next-gen QA practices.

What You’ll Do:

● Define and own end-to-end QA strategy, automation roadmaps, and quality gates across the SDLC.

● Architect scalable test automation frameworks across web, mobile, and API surfaces using Selenium, Appium, RestAssured (Java/Python).

● Drive adoption of AI-driven testing workflows: story-based test generation, test data generation, and intelligent triage using Copilot, Cursor AI, or Gemini, or any other equivalent AI tool, AWS bedrock, Nova, Codex, or agentic QA tools.

● Implement agentic QA flows such as ADO-integrated test case creation or automated bug categorization.

● Collaborate with DevOps to ensure testing environments and CI/CD pipelines are optimized for speed and coverage.

● Establish test health dashboards, regression analysis, and productivity metrics.

● Mentor QA engineers in prompt writing, reviewing AI-generated tests, and verifying correctness.

● Lead defect triages, RCA reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. ● Work closely with Product, Dev, and Engineering Managers to align QA efforts with business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

● 1-3 years of QA experience ● Expertise in functional testing, automation frameworks, CI/CD, and test strategy formulation.

● Proven experience in AI tool adoption: Copilot, Cursor AI, Gemini, or any other equivalent AI tool, AWS bedrock, Nova, Codex, and agentic QA workflows. ● Comfortable guiding teams on AI prompt design, review gates, and automation refinement.

● Understanding of DAST security testing, AWS-hosted test environments, and system-level testing.

● Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
