Your role Requirements:

• You will be part of a Core development team that creates a light weight and highly scalable Web UI Framework to build web application.
• You are responsible for:
• Design and develop light weight Javascript framework offering the tools and libraries to build modern UIs and applications
• Implement and enforce engineering best practices using modern standards and patterns
• Drive R&D efforts to employ cutting-edge technologies to deliver best experience to the end users.
• Develop rapid prototypes, contribute to product and drive the architectural decisions
• Design and development of Micro frontend-based architecture like defining, composing, and routing the micro-frontends
• Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable Modules, Layouts, and Components
• To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
• 5-8 years of working experience working with full stack web development
• At least 5 years of experience being in the core team of the web framework development
• Experience in Web Development creating Web Components, Angular or React building blocks or similar
• Highly proficient in JavaScript/Typescript (including ES6, ES7), HTML5, CSS3, SASS
• Mastery of npm, JS library structure, JS library packaging, & JS library publishing
• Experience in building applications, frameworks, and SDKs for web development
• Object oriented programming languages like C#, Java is an added advantage
• Awareness to modern web technologies like Micro Frontend Architecture, Web Components, Web Sockets and Web Assembly
• Highly proficient in core concepts like Data Binding, query/insertion, Inter component communication and custom batch rendering
• Experience in creating highly interactive and responsive web UI elements with a good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance
• Well versed in React and Angular fundamentals (Components, lifecycle, rendering, state management and routing)
• Familiar with Modular Federation, Deployment tools, Event based communication and unit testing libraries.
• How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
