Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level support to customers using our ERP software for hospitality operations (e.g., PMS, POS, Inventory, Finance).
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues via phone, email, chat, or remote sessions.
Log and track support tickets using the helpdesk system.
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, QA, Development) to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Guide customers through system functionalities, updates, and best practices.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of support requests.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Fluency in English & Hindi
