Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support to customers using our ERP software for hospitality operations (e.g., PMS, POS, Inventory, Finance).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues via phone, email, chat, or remote sessions.
  • Log and track support tickets using the helpdesk system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, QA, Development) to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Guide customers through system functionalities, updates, and best practices.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of support requests.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in English & Hindi
