Software Support Engineer

As a Software Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Learning and mastering our products and tools to provide effective support. - Interacting with customers independently to resolve issues and address their queries. - Handling technical issues reported by customers at L2 and L3 support levels. - Providing training to customers on our product for better understanding and utilization. - Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through proactive support. - Maintaining accurate records of work done and solutions provided. - Demonstrating the product to prospective clients for showcasing its features and benefits. To be eligible for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the enterprise IT sector. - Excellent programming skills with a passion for coding. - Expertise in JavaScript with knowledge in node.js. - Advanced troubleshooting and debugging skills, along with a strong problem-solving ability. - Ability to manage and enhance existing enterprise customer and partner relationships by delivering top-notch support (Nice to have). - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. - Capability to adapt to rapid changes and work effectively in a less structured environment.,
