Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of customer-reported issues and work towards their resolution - Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and provide solutions for technical problems - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams following standard procedures - Offer prompt and accurate feedback to customers - Ensure proper documentation and closure of all reported issues - Prepare timely and accurate reports - Document knowledge through knowledge base tech notes and articles - Adhere to SLA guidelines for resolving issues based on severity Qualification Required: - Proven experience in enterprise technical support, IT support, or as a technical engineer - Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and JSON - In-depth understanding of the product being supported - Strong problem-solving abilities - Excellent client-facing and communication skills - Familiarity with API calls Company Details: Shipthis is located in Bangalore and operates in the software product industry.
