In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, addressing software issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring seamless operation of healthcare software and systems. This role also involves the implementation of healthcare software solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and integrate seamlessly into existing systems. Additionally, tracking and reporting bugs and attending meetings to provide project status updates will be key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements to customize healthcare software solutions. Provide software support for healthcare applications, addressing client queries and resolving tickets in a timely manner. Diagnose and troubleshoot software bugs, and performance issues, escalating to development teams when necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to implement fixes and enhancements based on client feedback. Conduct user training sessions for healthcare providers and administrative staff to maximize adoption and effective use of the software. Provide post-implementation support to address any immediate technical issues or client concerns. Provide guidance and support to clients during the go-live phase to ensure a smooth transition. Documentation and Communication: · Preparing ppts’ on HMIS modules and should be able to demo the modules in front of clients. Maintain comprehensive documentation of potential client requirements for configurations & implementations. Prepare and maintain documentation related to implementation processes, configurations, and client-specific customizations. Develop user manuals and reference guides tailored to client workflows. Prepare detailed reports and provide feedback on common client challenges and requests to improve system functionality. Ensure clients are informed of updates, upgrades, and new features relevant to their systems. Soft Skills: Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure all technical aspects of the project align with client expectations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Project Coordinator will serve as a key link between clients, internal teams (development, support, and QA) , and management — ensuring timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills along with an understanding of healthcare workflows and software implementation processes. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination Coordinate and monitor project activities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple modules of the HMIS. Track progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Assist Project Managers in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes of meetings. Maintain and update project documentation including project plans, risk registers, and change requests. Ensure adherence to implementation methodology and client timelines. Client Communication & Support Act as the primary contact between clients and internal teams for ongoing project coordination. Gather and document client requirements, ensuring they are clearly communicated to the technical teams. Follow up on issue resolution and ensure timely closure of client queries. Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and Go-Live activities. Implementation & Documentation Support the implementation team in configuring, validating, and deploying modules. Document process workflows, module configurations, and client-specific customizations. Prepare user training materials, presentations, and module demonstration documents. Assist in post-Go-Live support and ensure feedback is logged for process improvement. Reporting & Tracking Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and progress reports. Identify risks and escalate project deviations proactively to the project manager. Coordinate follow-ups on assigned action items and deliverables from all stakeholders.
