Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field
* Basic knowledge of software systems, databases, and networking* Experience with troubleshooting software applications (preferred)* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Good communication skills and ability to assist non-technical users
