We’re on the hunt for a 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 / 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 who thrives at the intersection of 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 and 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲. If you've led teams, built high-scale digital platforms from scratch, and you're fluent in 𝗠𝗘𝗔𝗡 𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗡 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀, we’d love to talk.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴:

• Architect and build scalable, secure web applications 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵

• Provide 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 to a team of developers review code, unstick blockers, and lead with clarity

• Drive architecture decisions that balance innovation, stability, and speed

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and business teams

• Own platform design for 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 (ad-tech, mar-tech, campaign automation, analytics, etc.)

• Break down complex problems and resolve technical challenges hands-on

𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁-𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

• 10–15 years of total experience in web development and architecture

• Strong hands-on experience in 𝗠𝗘𝗔𝗡or 𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗡 stack

• Proven experience 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵

• Deep exposure to 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 (CMS, marketing automation, CRM integrations, analytics, SEO tools, campaign systems, etc.)

• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities

• Excellent code review and debugging skills

• Experience planning sprints, defining architecture blueprints, and enforcing code standards

Bonus Points for:

• Experience with Microservices and Serverless Architectures

• Exposure to DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes)

• Understanding of data pipelines, event-driven systems, or AI/ML integration

• Prior experience in scaling early-stage products to enterprise-grade platforms
