Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: As a Full Stack Software Architect at Zil Money , you will play a critical leadership role in defining the overall technical architecture and design of our web applications. This role blends deep technical expertise with project oversight, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance software delivery. Key Responsibilities: Define and oversee the architecture for modern web applications using Laravel (backend) and Angular (frontend) . Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, UI/UX teams, and QA to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Lead end-to-end project execution — from planning and design to deployment and post-launch optimization. Set coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices in software development. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to the development team. Identify technical risks and propose solutions to mitigate them. Ensure applications are secure, optimized, and meet performance benchmarks. Design and implement APIs and third-party integrations with a focus on maintainability and scalability. Maintain technical documentation and architectural diagrams for internal reference. Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose their adoption where appropriate. Requirements: Proven experience as a Software Architect or Senior Full Stack Developer with a focus on Laravel and Angular . Strong expertise in PHP, Laravel, Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 , and related technologies. Deep understanding of RESTful APIs , OAuth , and third-party integrations. Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and database design best practices. Solid understanding of DevOps , version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows. Strong project management skills with experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
