The ideal candidate for this role should have more than 10 years of experience in the US IT market and be a Sales Hunter with proven skills in Software Sales and Sales Management. You should possess strong customer service and negotiation skills, along with the ability to lead and motivate a sales team towards achieving sales goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively interacting with clients and internal teams. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, and experience in the IT solutions industry would be a plus.
