Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to support effective sales outcomes.
  • Develop and publish go-to-market strategies, including product positioning and target customer identification.
  • Update the sales team and dealer network on new software enhancements and developments.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to create selling tools such as presentations, demos, and trade show materials.
  • Suggest new product concepts, enhancements, and potential partnerships.
  • Ensure alignment between internal personnel and customer requirements.
  • Determine, advise on, and close software sales agreements with company executives.
  • Present proposals based on potential clients needs.
  • Provide quotes and recommend solutions tailored to customer requirements.
  • Uncover client needs to offer appropriate software solutions.
  • Communicate updated product information, pricing, and contract terms.
  • Support sales efforts through calls and web-based presentations to reinforce product positioning and strategies.
