The Software Sales will be responsible for sales presentations, lead generation, consultative selling, and overall sales activities related to software solutions. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular visits to the assigned area/territory to identify potential clients for ERP solutions for Schools and Colleges Generate new business leads through cold calls, references, networking, and area mapping. Understand client requirements and present suitable ERP solutions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients. Coordinate with the presales/technical team to deliver demos and presentations. Follow up on leads consistently until closure, ensuring sales targets are met. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, visits, and sales activities in CRM. Provide weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, client meetings, and closures. Keep updated with industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge. Key Skills & Competencies Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in ERP/Software/IT solutions. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand client pain points and suggest value-based solutions. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Good networking and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the defined area.
