Job Description

Our client is looking for a high performing Sales Executive with excellent interpersonal skills to join our Sales team. As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, manage existing opportunities and establish new connections with future clients. Our client is a blockchain-based digital courier platform that mirrors the traditional process for transferring original paper documents โ โ€” electronically. Their solution enables instant, encrypted and authenticated transfer of Bills of Lading and other unique digital documents. Their platform is designed to meet the needs of every member along the supply chain, from the smallest importer to the largest shipping carriers and banks. Responsibilities: ยท Expand customer base by independently identifying and selling prospects and leads ยท Build strong partnership and relationships with prospects and customers ยท Research and analyze sales options, propose new models ยท Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance ยท Identify and maintain buyer persona profiles ยท Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to commercial agreement closing, and serve as Account Owner post-sales ยท Design and deliver on key Sales KPIs on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis ยท Analyze buying trends and volumes, and prepare reports that summarize key trends and influence sales strategy ยท Identify product improvements and/or new products based on customer feedback ยท Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices, market activities and competitors ยท Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards ยท Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. ยท Report to Management Team Requirements: ยท 5 years of experience working as a Sales Executive/ Manager or similar role ยท 5+ yearsโ€™ experience in Technology SaaS company, Supply Chain, Logistics or Maritime industry ยท Proven record of successful deals closed ยท Great interpersonal and communication skills ยท Well-versed in MS Office (Excel/Word/PPT) and Salesforce or another CRM tool ยท Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on companyโ€™s success ยท Proficient at value-based selling ยท Critical thinker with problem-solving skills ยท Fast learner ยท High-energy with excellent presentation, negotiating and objection handling skills ยท Creative with good time-management skills ยท Bachelors or Masterโ€™s degree with concentration in business administration, supply chain, marketing or advertising sales preferred Show more Show less
